Man Arrested After Alleged Firebomb Attempt On US Embassy In Israel

US arrests man for allegedly trying to firebomb embassy in Israel.

A 28-year-old Joseph Neumayer, a dual U.S.-German citizen.

He’s now behind bars after allegedly trying to torch the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv.

According to the Justice Department, Israeli police found him near the embassy with a backpack full of Molotov cocktails.

Homemade firebombs designed for destruction.

When confronted by a guard, Neumayer allegedly spit, fled, and left the explosives behind.

Authorities later tracked him down at his hotel.

The Real Smoking Gun?

His social media posts reportedly threatened Americans and vowed to “burn down the embassy.”

He even called for the assassination of former President Trump.

“This defendant is charged with planning a devastating attack targeting our embassy in Israel,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi.

The U.S. arrested him Sunday after he was deported from Israel.

If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison.

This comes on the heels of another tragic attack.
