Elon Musk has unveiled Tesla’s highly awaited robotaxi, dubbed the Cybercab, at Warner Bros Studios in California.
The futuristic vehicle, with its sleek design featuring two wing-like doors and no traditional steering controls and no pedals.
Tesla Brings Future
Musk described the vehicle as a future “robotaxi,” which could operate without human drivers and potentially generate passive income by offering autonomous rides.
Musk also mentioned that the autonomous cybercap will be safer than the cars driven by humans which are prone to error.
Production To Kickstart By 2027
Musk highlighted that production for the Cybercab could begin before 2027. He also stated that Tesla aims to price the vehicle at less than $30,000.
Despite everything, Tesla faces safety problems and intense competition as the Chinese Electric Vehicles flood the European and American market.
Recently, a group of activists in the Czech Republic wrote a letter to the European Commission to ban Tesla as they are not safe for European roads.
